Return and Exchange

You can return the goods of proper quality at any time before receiving them. After receiving the goods, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are possible provided that the goods have not been used, show no signs of wear or contamination, and maintain their commercial appearance.

If you discover any manufacturing defects before or during the use of the product, please contact us (available daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM).

To make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us in any convenient way.

2. Pack the product you wish to return in a bag or branded box.

3. Return the product by sending it via a courier service or directly to a pickup point.
