Order Processing and Shipping

Usually, the processing and shipping time for orders is from 1 to 3 business days.

We are not responsible for the delivery times of the shipping company, but we will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery to Russia

The delivery cost is fixed, but may increase if the delivery location is far from the main cities. Delivery is available only to a pickup point. Shipping is done by Boxberry. The cost of delivery to the pickup point is 650 RUB. Delivery time is from 7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Delivery to Neighboring Countries

Delivery is available to Belarus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan via Boxberry. For other CIS countries, delivery is subject to international shipping rates and terms. The cost of delivery is fixed. Delivery is available only to a pickup point. Shipping is done by Boxberry. The cost of delivery to the pickup point is from 750 RUB to 1500 RUB. Delivery time is from 7 business days from the moment of shipment.

International Shipping

All taxes and customs fees (if any) after crossing the border are to be paid by the buyer. Orders are shipped via DPD. Delivery time is from 14 days from the moment of order shipment. The cost of delivery is 3500 RUB.

Currently, we do not deliver to Ukraine, Indonesia, Malaysia, Argentina, Hong Kong, Singapore, Liechtenstein, and some other countries. If you are located in one of these regions, it is better to confirm the possibility of delivery before placing your order.
